How do I view materials from the collection?

 

Materials may be requested and viewed in The Cleanth Brooks Reading Room (Rm 305) in McCain Library and Archives, Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.  For your convenience, call or email us to request materials to be ready ahead of time.

 

Can I tour The de Grummond Children’s Literature Collection?

 

As part of Special Collections at The University of Southern Mississippi, the de Grummond Collection has a closed-stacks policy. We encourage you to call us at 601-266-4349 for more information and hours.  We do occasionally arrange tours for small groups and classes, but this does require planning. 

 

How do I request copies or images?

Who holds copyright on materials in the de Grummond Collection?

Does The de Grummond Children’s Literature Collection do appraisals?

 

No, we do not do appraisals.  Please consult The Appraisers Association of America for further assistance.
